By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Air Force One Heating & Cooling provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services to residential and commercial customers in Northern Virginia, including but not limited to Gainesville, Manassas, Woodbridge, Warrenton, Bristow, Haymarket, Nokesville, Centreville, and Dale City.

Our services include:

• AC repair, installation, and maintenance
• Heating repair, installation, and maintenance
• Heat pump installation and service
• Furnace repair and replacement
• Ductless mini-split systems
• Indoor air quality solutions
• Water heater installation and repair
• HVAC maintenance plans
• Emergency HVAC services

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.

Estimates and Pricing

Any estimates, quotes, or pricing information provided through our website, online tools, or during initial consultations are approximate and subject to change. Final pricing is determined after an in-person evaluation of the work site and equipment.

Online estimates are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of price. Actual costs may vary based on equipment condition, accessibility, code requirements, permit fees, and other factors that can only be assessed on site.

All work performed by Air Force One Heating & Cooling is subject to a separate service agreement or work authorization signed by the customer prior to work commencing.

Arrival windows chosen on this website are requests. We confirm your appointment by phone, text or email.

Financing

Financing is offered through Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., not by Air Force One Heating & Cooling. Applications are subject to credit approval and to the lender's terms, which the lender provides when you apply. Promotional offers, including 0% APR for 60 months, apply only to qualifying purchases and may change or end.

Monthly amounts shown on this website are estimates for illustration. They assume the stated promotional terms with no down payment. Your actual payment depends on your approved amount and terms.

Diagnostic Visits

A diagnostic visit costs $99 Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and $225 at all other times, including weekends and holidays. The diagnostic fee covers finding the problem. Any repair is quoted separately after diagnosis, and the diagnostic fee is not credited toward the repair price.

To cancel or reschedule a visit without charge, please let us know at least two hours before your scheduled time. The diagnostic fee applies to cancellations made less than two hours before the visit and to missed appointments where no one is home when our technician arrives.

Licensing and Insurance

Air Force One Heating & Cooling is licensed, bonded, and insured in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance as required by Virginia law. Our technicians are trained and qualified to perform HVAC services in accordance with applicable building codes and industry standards.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Use the website to transmit harmful, threatening, or abusive content

Warranties and Guarantees

New installations include a 2-year labor warranty from Air Force One Heating & Cooling. Equipment is covered by a 10-year manufacturer warranty under the manufacturer's terms; some manufacturer coverage requires product registration by the manufacturer's deadline.

The warranty terms for your project are stated in your service agreement. Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or by calling (202) 246-6999.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Virginia law, Air Force One Heating & Cooling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Air Force One Heating & Cooling, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
